Project progression chart

Keri Clarke, Nutritech, New Zealand
When handling multiple projects for a client, I like to provide an Excel chart that can be emailed back and forth between my clients and me. It lists the project, project number, status of each project, what action needs to be taken on that project and if I need
anything from the client in order to finish a project. It is colour-coded (for example, red for me and blue for the client) to make the required actions for each party more clear. It’s a nice way of consolidating all of the projects in a concise way, and communicates your professionalism and organisation to your client.
