Build a customer feedback system

Feedback is the breakfast of champions but you won’t get good quality customer feedback without a system. Here are seven rules to help you build an effective customer feedback system.

                        1. Create a formal system with a designated manager.
                        2. It must be used organization-wide not just by customer                             service staff.
                        3. Make it simple and easy to use.
                        4. It must produce useable information.
                        5. Tell al staff why it has been created, how it works and what                             you expect them to do.
                        6. Make sure senior managers review the feedback regularly.
                        7. Use the feedback to drive change and tell staff about the                             improvements that have been made as a result.
