Often when a client has a meeting in her office she’ll give them a coffee voucher as they leave to enjoy a coffee ‘on them’ at the coffee shop in the lobby area of their building.

It creates goodwill with their clients and lifts their profile with their fellow tenants. Their clients love it and it becomes a talking point among their friends.
