Don’t let them leave unhappy

In a small market like New Zealand, you cannot afford to lose customers. Make it your policy not to let customers leave unhappy. Apologise if you make a mistake or fail to meet their expectations. Go the extra mile to put things right and give your customers something extra to make up for the problems you have caused them. It may cost you in the short term but in
the long run it is an investment. Your customers will be so impressed with the way you treated them that they will come back. They will also tell others about how you turned a poor experience into a great one.
