Talk to your customers' customers

One of the best ways to understand your customer’s business is to talk to their top customers so you can learn what you can do to help your customer dazzle their customers. Find out what your customer’s customers:

  • Expect from your customer.
  • What problems they have doing business with your customer.
  • What your customer would have to do to earn their loyalty.

Then look at what you can do to help your customer deliver even more value to their top customers, and go and talk top your customers about your ideas.
