Outline view

Want a little trick to save time?

When working on a presentation, you’re familiar with seeing three things at once: the main slide is large and central; an area beneath is for typing in notes; and on the left, there are mini views of all the slides. There is another tab beneath the slide view on the
left, called Outline. Whereas the Slides view shows how they look, Outline shows only the text in each of your slides. Use these mini outline slides to add, edit, delete and copy text.

You can print this outline view. Go to Print > Print
What > Outline View.
